Madras High Court : High Court of Tamilnadu & Puducherry.
Though for all practical purposes, Union Territory of Puducherry", is defined as State under Article 12 of the constitution, but by virtue of Article 239-A, still it remains as Union Territory with legislature comprising of 4 fomer French enclaves - "Puducherry & Karaikal", adjoining the state of Tamilnadu - Tamil is linguistically majority. "Mahe", adjoining kerala, where people speaks Malayalam & "Yanam", adjoining Andhra & the language is Telugu & comes under the jurisdiction of Madras High Court. Therefore, my opinion is that, our High should be named as " High Court of Taminadu & Puducherry" .
