Change is slow and gradual

Change is slow and gradual. You may fear change , you do your very best, you try so hard to protect yourselves and be safe. Bad things come, with no warning but you forget,  sometimes that's how good things come. It requires hard work, a bit of luck, a fair amount of self-sacrifice, and a lot of patience. Realize, you can’t have a harvest without a few weeds. So the best thing you can do is not to think, not to wonder, not to imagine, not to obsess, just breathe and have faith that everything will work for the best......
