Prakash Singh Badal passed away at the age of 95. A long life, well lived. Was always helpful to everyone. Followed the rule book without making it hurtful. Entered public life by contesting the post of Sarpanch in his village, Badal. Youngest CM of Punjab also, the oldest CM. Became CM five times. Longest serving tenure in Punjab. Broke the record of Partap Singh Kairon for being the longest serving CM. Promoted amity among all even in the face of constant instigation from divisive forces from across the border.
