இடம்: #பாட்டத்தூர் (9°09'35.9"N 77°33'31.5"E) மாவட்டம் :தென்காசி வட்டம் : சங்கரன்கோவில் #பாட்டத்தூர் கிராமானது சங்கரன்கோவிலில் இருந்து கழுகுமலை செல்லும் வழியில் 5 கி.மீட்டர் தொலைவில் இக்கிராமம் அமைந்துள்ளது. காலம் : 1)இரும்புக்காலம் பொது ஆண்டுக்கு முன் 3ம் நூற்றாண்டு முதல் - பொது ஆண்டுக்கு 3ம் நூற்றாண்டுக்குள் (3BCE - 3CE) 2). 12-13ம் நூற்றாண்டு மதகு. 3). 14-15 ம் நூற்றாண்டு தமிழ் கல்வெட்டுடன் கூடிய எல்லைக்கல் பாட்டத்தூர் கிராமத்தின் இரும்புக்கால புதைவிடப்பகுதியின் எச்சங்கள் அக்கிராமத்தில் உள்ள பாட்டத்தூர் குளப்பகுதியில் காணப்படுகிறது. தொல்லியல் எச்சங்களாக முதுமக்கள் தாழிகள், கருப்பு சிவப்பு, சிவப்பு, கருப்பு மட்பாண்டங்கள், இரும்பிலான பொருள்கள் போன்றவைகள் கிடைக்கின்றன. மேலும் இக்குளத்தில் 12-13ம் நூற்றாண்டைச் சார்ந்த மதகு காணப்படுகிறது. மேலும் இக்குளக்கரையின் அருகே 14-15 ம் நூற்றாண்டு தமிழ் கல்வெட்டுடன் கூடிய எல்லைக்கல் காணப்படுகிறது. இவ்வெல்லைக்கல் இராமநாதபுரம் என்கிற ஊர் பெயரில் தமிழகத் தொல்லியல் துறையால் இக்கல்வெட்டு வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மத்திய தொல்லியல்துறையின் தொல்லியல் கள ஆய்வில் இரும்புக்கால வாழ்விடப்பகுதி மற்றும் 12-13ம் நூற்றாண்டு மதகு ஆவணப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. தகவல் மற்றும் படம்: #மோ_பிரசன்னா
