*Don’t pour ur words wantonly against Judiciary *

The parliamentarian allegiance towards constitution based on the oath of office is highly regarded but not to the extent of making lordships as unlord.Not only the comment made , but also the phrase which is coined by him is not corre. MP, MLA and CJI may come and go. But judiciary will remain to protect the constitution…Unlording a judge in the public platform, that too by a person holding constitutional post, for the statement made in the judicial process will squarely attract contempt of court. Administration of justice is freed from other political clutches right from the montesquieu days under the jurisprudence of separation powers. We can not expect judiciary tobe emotional since she blindfolded herself. We need to remember that judicial is the last hope of last citizen and we witnessed in several issue.: The letters scribed by person holding constitutional office, is clear that he tries to become extra constitutional authority. Montesquieu, the profounder of theory Seperation of Powers has clearly draws the line between parliament, executive and judiciary and they should not exercise the power of others. All the democratic and republic nations follow the said principle with the checks and balances within their legal frame work. That is welfare State. Greek Democracy, Italy Republic, Britain born Magna Carta are basic.. Everyone shall respect the structure and do whatever they want within the framework
