If you grew up during the 1980's you would know what enigma actress #DeeptiNaval brought to the screen. The dusky, petite actress, a fire-brand of talent gave a new meaning to art cinema by her sensitive portrayals. Naval is amongst the actors in Indian cinema who can not be tied to a certain genre. If she was cathartic in art cinemas, she exuded innocence and charm in some of the most romantic hits during the 80's. In more recent times, she continues to redefine Indian cinema with her work as a writer and director.
