Eminent jurist and a veteran senior advocate of the Supreme Court, Fali S Nariman, passed away at 95 in Delhi on Wednesday. As a distinguished constitutional lawyer, Fali S Nariman has contributed to several landmark cases, An important chapter in Indian justice system ended. He is involved in many important cases. He argued once my PIL regarding national rivers linking issues and on behalf of KA on Cauvery issue, when KA govt refused to follow SC order, he refused to further argue for KA. My condolences….
