தி இந்து (The Hindu) செய்தித்தாள் வித்தியாசமாக மேஜைக் காலண்டரை இந்த வருடம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. ஒவ்வொரு மாதம் முடிந்தவுடன் அந்த மாதத்தின் அட்டையை மண்ணில் பதித்துவிட்டால் காய்கறிச் செடியாக வளரும். ஒவ்வொரு மாத காலண்டர் தாளிலும் கத்தரி, தக்காளி, முள்ளங்கி என பல காய்கறிகளின் விதைகள் உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது. எனவே அந்த தாள்களின் மூலமாகவே காய்கறிச் செடிகள் வளரும். இது பாராட்டப்படவேண்டிய நல்ல முயற்சியாகும்.

What you need:

1.     A pot or a gardening spot 

2.     Soft soil manure or a coco peat 

3.     Water sprinkler 

 Steps:

1.     Fill the pot with soil, manure and coco peat

2.     Moisten the paper and tear it into pieces

3.     Place the paper pieces on the compost soil

4.     Cover the paper with a thin layer of coco peat/manure

5.     Spray water regularly to keep the paper moist until the seeds germinate
