Funny because in 1994, when the Kashmir issue demanded urgent diplomacy, then Congress PM P.V. Narasimha Rao sent Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the Leader of the Opposition to represent India at the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) in Geneva.

Does this mean Congress had no credible leader at that time? I believe, that’s called putting nation before politics. Don't think opposition is going to realise this anytime soon.
