 Six months of dry weather has passed by and Chennai roads are still a mess. Greater Chennai Corporation has failed to make use of the dry weather days, which are conducive for relaying roads as bitumen will dry quicker and hold better. Bureaucratic red-tape is the reason. And now, as intermittent rains begin to arrive, GCC plans to relay roads. #BadRoads #Chennai
