1. ஈழத் தமிழர் பிரச்சனையில் இந்தியா எவ்வளவுத் தொகை சிங்கள அரசிடம் அளித்துள்ளது. அதை ஈழத் தமிழர்களின் புனர்வாழ்வுக்காக தான் பயன்படுத்தினார்களா?

2. ராஜீவ் காந்தி - ஜெயவர்த்தனே உடன் 1987இல் ஏற்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தம் ஏதாவது ஒரு வகையில் ஈழத்தமிழருக்கு பயன்பட்டுள்ளதா?

3. இதுவரை 1964இல் இருந்து எத்தனை தமிழக மீனவர்கள் சிங்கள படையினரால் கொடூரமாக சுட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளனர்?

4. தமிழக மீனவர்களுடைய படகுகள், மீன்பிடி வலைகள், சாதனங்கள், சொத்துக்கள் இலங்கை கடற்படையால் நாசப்படுத்தப்பட்ட விவரங்கள் என்ன?

5. இந்திய அரசு இதை குறித்து மேல் நடவடிக்கைகள் ஏதேனும் எடுத்துள்ளதா? இருப்பின் அந்த நடவடிக்கைகள் என்ன?

6. இந்தியா கொடுத்த நிதியுதவியை தமிழர் பகுதியில் பயன்படுத்தாமல் தென் இலங்கையின் ராஜபக்சேயின் கலே என்ற நகரில் ரயில்வே நிலையம் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளதா? அதையும் இந்திய வெளிவிவகார அமைச்சராக இருந்த எஸ்.எம். கிருஷ்ணா தொடங்கி வைத்ததெல்லாம் அங்கு செய்திகளாக வந்ததே? இதன் உண்மைதானா?

7. இந்திய நிதியுதவியை தவறாக பயன்படுத்திய சிங்கள அரசை இந்திய அரசு கண்டித்ததுண்டா?

I request you to issue correct information for my following queries:

1. How many of Indian (Tamil Speaking) fishermen were arrested by the Sri Lankan force those fishing in Bay of Bengal from 1964 to as on date?
2. How many Indian fishermen boats and nets were damaged by Sri Lankan army force from 1964 to as on date?
3. Provide the details of damages caused by Sri Lankan Army about belongings of our Indian Tamil Speaking Fishermen from 1964 to as on date?
4. Have you arrived the total cost of damages / loss of our Indian Fishermen boats which was destroyed by Sri Lankan army so far?
5. How many Indian fishermen were shot and killed by Sri Lankan forces since 1964?
6. How many Indian fishermen were arrested for fishing at Bay of Bengal Ocean by Sri Lankan Force?
7. What is the status of Indo – Sri Lankan (Rajiv Gandhi – Jayawardhane during 1987) Accord - 1987 as on date? (Whether our Government is giving effect to the said pact or enforcing those agendas of the Pact to protect our Indian fishermen from Sri Lankan Force? This agreement almost rejected by the Sri Lankan government and also not helped to the affected Tamils in the island. Is it so?
8. What are the steps taken by Union Government to save Indian fisherman from the Sri Lankan Force so far?
9. Whether our Union Government gives any effect or consideration to the above said Indo - Sri Lankan pact to protect Sri Lankan Tamils?
10. Whether the Union Government released funds for developing the war affected Sri Lankan Tamils?
11. Whether our Union Government released fund to the Sri Lankan Government for rehabilitation of affected poor Sri Lankan Tamils in North and East provinces, Sri Lanka? If yes, how much fund was released for such rehabilitation?
12. Whether our Union Government have any supervision mechanism over the utilization of such rehabilitation funds meant for those war affected Sri Lankan Tamils at Sri Lanka?
13. It is not correct that the Sri Lankan Government utilized our Union Government's rehabilitation fund to construct Railway Station at Galle and the same was inaugurated by Mr. S.M. Krishna, then External Affairs Minister of our Union Government?
