Srilankan government is trying to appease INDIA by seemingly offering the Colombo east port terminal now and stop voting against Srilanka at the forthcoming crucial March UNHRC. Once done it will retract to its real position by using bikkus and its own trade unions to drag it. Knowing this INDIA is blinking whether to confront Srilanka or support it.
