The outcome of the ongoing round of WTO negotiations in Argentina can have far-reaching consequences for India's farm sector.India's food and nutritional security can be enhanced if we can get the developed countries to minimize their trade-distorting subsidies. We must also exercise our sovereign right to provide and further expand the MSP regime to include pulses and oilseeds to improve nutritional security for all Indians. #Agriculture #WTO #Food
