நதிநீர் இணைப்பு குறித்து பிரதமருக்கு கடிதமும், அது குறித்தான பதிலும்.

உச்சநீதிமன்றம் நான் தொடுத்த தேசிய நதிநீர் இணைப்பு குறித்தான வழக்கின் (Writ Petition WP (Civil) No. 668 of 2002) தீர்ப்பை நடைமுறைப்படுத்த வேண்டுமென்று பிரதமர் மோடியிடம் அளித்த எனது  மனுவும், உச்ச நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பின் அடிப்படையில் தேசிய நீர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனம் (NWDA) இது குறித்து எனக்கு அனுப்பிய கடிதத்தில் மத்திய அரசு நதிநீர் இணைப்பை குறித்து அக்கறை எடுத்துள்ளது என்றும், இதற்காக திரு. பி.என்.நவலவாலா அவர்கள் தலைமையில் அமைக்கப்பட்ட குழு 13 முறை கூடியுள்ளதாகவும் தகவல் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. அந்த கடிதத்தை இத்துடன் இணைத்துள்ளேன்.

Received communication from the National Water Development Agency (NWDA), New Delhi regarding the Networking of National Rivers on the basis of Apex Court order in the petition (Writ Petition WP (Civil) No. 668 of 2002). This reply communication received with reference to the representation given to the Prime Minister of India along with the Supreme Court orders.
